REWARDS FOR SMARTGLASS NETWORK PARTNERS AND MEMBERS.
SmartPlay is a unique customer appreciation programme that rewards accredited SmartGlass Network Members and Partners for their commitment to SmartGlass and Primador aluminium products.
How to qualify to earn SmartPlay Points.
Simply open an account with GSA or Primador to qualify as a SmartGlass Network Member. Members immediately earn points on every purchase on their GSA or Primador account (COD’s do not earn points unfortunately).
SmartGlass Partners are required to maintain a purchase average of R80k worth of glass through GSA or R85k worth of purchases through Primador to qualify for the prestige benefits offered by the programme.
Partners that maintain a purchase average of R80k worth of glass through GSA AND R85k worth of purchases through Primador furthermore qualify for the Platinum Partner Bonus.
How to earn SmartPlay points
Members and Partners earn points for every square metre of glass purchased on account from GSA and on the standard product range from Primador.
Points are automatically allocated to accredited SmartGlass Network Partners and Members by the financial system as soon as orders for products are placed and confirmed.
SmartGlass Members can use banked points to enter the SmartPlay quarterly draws for big prizes, or save up their points to stand a better chance to win the big reward in the year end draw! SmartGlass Partners simply claim any reward of choice as soon as enough points get accumulated.
Products with higher performance earn more points than products with lower functionality or value. By choosing high performance products, more points will be earned faster.
How to claim points
Monthly SMS and e-statements show each Member and Partner what’s been earned over time and how many points are available to be redeemed for draw tickets or rewards.
The on-line SmartPlay Rewards catalogue makes it easy for Partners and Members to see what prizes and rewards are available to be claimed. A SmartGlass eBulletin features new additions to the SmartPlay Rewards Catalogue and will keep you informed off any changes or specials that we are running.
As a SmartGlass Partner you can choose to redeem your points to enter one of the quarterly draws or claim a reward from the Catalogue.
There are various ways Partners can claim rewards:
- Send a fax with your company’s letterhead and the details of the reward you would like to claim to the SmartGlass Service Centre on 086 6470 657
- Send an email with your company’s details and the details of the reward you would like to claim to the SmartGlass Service Centre on info@smartglassnetwork.co.za
- Visit the SmartGlass Network on www.smartglass.co.za and follow the following steps:
• Log in to the SmartGlass Network using your username and password
• Click on ‘My Rewards’
• Select the tab ‘Rewards Catalogue’ which allows you to browse through the catalogue and search for specific items, etc
• Click ‘Claim’ to claim your reward. Make sure that all the details on the form are correct and the delivery address is correct. and Click ‘claim’ at the bottom of the page to send the form.
Once your claim has been received by the SmartGlass Service Centre, The Service Centre will keep you informed of the progress of your claim via email and SMS.
You are always welcome to call the SmartPlay Service Centre on 0860 695695 to get an update on the status of your points or claims at any time.
All Rewards in the catalogue have been negotiated with suppliers based on an agreement that stock will generally be available. For this reason, only the rewards specified in the catalogue may be claimed. Rewards will usually be approved, processed and delivered within 14 working days from your claim, depending on the availability of the reward claimed and the delivery location. We’ll keep you informed by e mail and sms throughout the claim process.
SmartPlay points not claimed within a calendar year will expire one year from the date on which they were earned. For example: If 50 points were awarded to a Partner in July 2007, these points will expire if they are not claimed before the 1st of August 2008.
When you claim a reward, the SmartPlay system always allocates the first points you earned, ensuring that you always use the “oldest” points first and have the best chance of redeeming points. Your monthly SmartPlay statement reflects the points earned in each month, making it easy to see when points will expire. Points redeemed will disappear from your statement as soon as you have claimed a reward. Points may be deducted if a transaction is cancelled, a credit note is passed or payment is not received.

RULES
To ensure that SmartPlay is fair to everyone participating a few rules apply.
- Points can only be earned by a GSA or Primador accredited SmartGlass Network Partner or Member purchasing products operating a valid GSA or Primador account.
- Points are awarded to Partners and Members from the Partner's or Member's joining date.
- SmartGlass Network Partners may use points to claim rewards listed in the SmartPlay Rewards Catalogue. SmartGlass Network Members [and Partners at each Partners discretion] may exchange points for tickets to be entered into quarterly draws.
- Points may only be redeemed by a SmartGlass Partner or Member in good standing with GSA and Primador and the SmartGlass Network.
- Points are deemed to have been earned as soon as orders have been placed.
- Points may only be used if the transactions, against which the points have been allocated, have been settled in full. GSA and Primador reserve the right to ignore any points earned where transactions have not been settled according to agreed terms.
- Partners are required to maintain average monthly purchases of R80k worth of glass through GSA or average monthly purchases of R85k worth of Primador products to qualify for the prestige benefits offered by the Programme.
- Platinum Partners are required to maintain average monthly purchases of R80k worth of glass through GSA and average monthly purchases of R85k worth of Primador products to qualify for annual Platinum Partner bonus points.
- Platinum Partner Status will be reviewed on a bi-annual basis.
- Any future adjustments to transactions, including credit notes, will result in a corresponding adjustment to points earned.
- Points will be earned by specific locations and may not be consolidated with other locations.
- Points that have not been redeemed within one year of accumulation will expire on their anniversary date.
- Rewards are subject to availability of reward packages. Rewards may be affected by currency exchange rates or by changes made to arrangements entered into by suppliers.
- SmartPlay Points can only be redeemed against SmartPlay rewards and may not be used to purchase products or to settle accounts.
- Any discrepancies in points must be reported within 30 days from date of statement. Statements will be deemed to be valid after the 30 day period.
- Unresolved disputes related to SmartPlay will be settled expediently by Arbitration.
